Pros: The benefits package is decent, especially the health coverage. It's good to have that security. For an entry-level Junior Interior Designer, the initial base salary wasn't terrible starting out in the Singapore market.
Cons: Pay here doesn't really keep up with the workload, especially after a year or two. There's not much room for salary negotiation for mid-level roles, which is tough. Other mid-sized design firms sometimes offer more.
Advice to Management: Management should review the compensation structure for interior design roles, especially for those with a few years of experience. Retaining talent will get harder otherwise.
