Okay culture, but lots of change
Pros: The teams are usually pretty supportive, which helps for client services roles. You can learn a lot from senior consultants. There's a good vibe with colleagues, especially if you're in the Atlanta, GA office frequently.
Cons: Leadership changes often, and it impacts morale a lot. The company culture used to be better. It feels a bit less cohesive now, especially as we've moved to a hybrid model.
Advice to Management: Try to stabilize leadership and communicate vision better. Rebuild the team cohesion that we used to have.

Pay is Decent, Benefits Need an Upgrade
Pros: The base salary was actually decent for a Business Analyst, especially starting out in the Charlotte, NC office. You'll get annual performance bonuses which were a nice surprise sometimes. It's competitive enough to get by.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, particularly the 401k match, which is pretty low and vests slowly. PTO is tough to accrue, definitely less than other consulting firms. Health insurance is just okay, nothing special here.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the benefits package, especially the 401k match and PTO structure. Improving these would really help with retention and attracting top talent.

Okay Flexibility for a Consulting Gig
Pros: They do offer a hybrid model, so you're not always in the Dallas office. As a Junior Business Analyst, I appreciated the chance to work from home a couple of days a week. It helps a lot with the commute and daily tasks.
Cons: However, getting more remote days is tough, even if your work allows it. There's not much flexibility for unexpected personal stuff, which can be a real pain. It feels pretty strict for a company in the modern IT services industry.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into more flexible work options, especially for roles like Junior Business Analyst that don't always require constant in-person collaboration. Trust your employees more with their time.

Leadership is a bit of a mixed bag
Pros: Some of the mid-level managers are decent. They genuinely try to support their `project teams` and offer guidance, especially for `junior analysts` looking to learn.
Cons: The `senior leadership` in the `Dallas, TX` office can be tough. Communication about strategy changes often feels last-minute, and it's hard to get clear answers for `onsite` roles. It feels very top-down.
Advice to Management: Work on transparent and timely communication from `senior leadership`. Empower team leads more, especially for a `corporate` environment.
