Allianz Health & Corporate Solutions dibentuk tahun 2014 untuk melayani kebutuhan asuransi kesehatan individu dan kumpulan. Allianz Indonesia didukung oleh lebih dari 1.400 karyawan dan lebih dari 20.000 tenaga penjualan dan ditunjang oleh jaringan mitra perbankan dan mitra distribusi lainnya untuk melayani lebih dari 7 juta tertanggung di Indonesia.

Decent Flexibility, But Depends on Your Team
Pros: You do get some hybrid work options here, which is nice. For Claims Specialist roles, I can usually work from home a couple of days a week. It helps a lot with the tough Jakarta commute.
Cons: The flexibility isn't consistent across all departments. Some teams are stuck with mostly onsite work, even if their job could be remote. It feels a bit old-school for a big corporate company.
Advice to Management: Standardize work flexibility policies across all departments for a more cohesive work environment. It would really boost morale.

Pay and Benefits Are Solid for the Industry
Pros: As a Claims Specialist, I found the pay pretty competitive here in the Jakarta office. The health insurance package is really comprehensive, which is a big plus in the Indonesian insurance industry. We also get decent annual leave and some good bonus schemes.
Cons: Salary increases aren't always what you'd hope for, especially compared to some local companies. There aren't many extra perks or unique benefits beyond the standard stuff. It feels a bit average sometimes, not truly outstanding.
Advice to Management: I think management could look into more competitive annual salary adjustments and consider introducing some more innovative employee perks. It would help with employee retention.
