Cons: Career progression for an analyst felt very limited. There isn't a clear path for promotion, making it hard to advance. Growth opportunities in property development were scarce. You often hit a ceiling without senior staff leaving.
Advice to Management: PROPERTIA leadership needs to establish clearer advancement tracks for roles like mine. Invest in mentorship and internal training for career development. Give Real Estate Analyst staff more opportunities for leadership and growth.
