Pros: The base salary as a Research Associate is quite decent, especially for the bioanalytical industry in Jakarta. I felt like I was paid fairly compared to similar mid-sized companies.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, to be honest. Health insurance is pretty basic, and there aren't many other perks. Don't expect a lot of extras beyond your base pay.
Advice to Management: Please consider improving the benefits package. Better health coverage or additional perks would make a big difference in attracting and retaining talent for these critical bioanalytical roles.
