Pros: I've learned a ton about textile production processes. The team in the Tangerang office is solid; we really support each other, which helps when things get hectic. You get decent experience in this factory environment if you can handle the pace.
Cons: Work-life balance as a Production Supervisor is tough. We're often doing long hours, especially with urgent orders. It's mostly onsite work, so remote options are basically zero. Weekends can get swallowed up by unexpected production issues.
Advice to Management: Consider better staffing for peak times to reduce overtime. More focus on employee well-being beyond just production targets would really help morale for manufacturing roles.
