Okay Place, Leadership Needs Improvement
Pros: I've learned a ton about fleet management here. The team I work with is super supportive. For logistics coordinator jobs, it's a solid starting point in Jakarta.
Cons: The leadership often feels out of touch. They don't really get our daily struggles with transportation software. Communication from the top can be pretty slow sometimes.
Advice to Management: Spend more time with ground-level teams. Understand the real challenges of telematics implementation. Improve how information flows from the top.

Decent Starter Job, But Long-Term Security Is A Question
Pros: I liked the fast pace; you learn a lot quickly, especially about transportation management systems. For Logistics Coordinator roles, it's a good place to get your foot in the door. The team in the Jakarta office was also pretty supportive when things got hectic.
Cons: Job security isn't their strong suit. There's constant restructuring, which makes you wonder about your future. I've seen a lot of good people in various roles, including within fleet management operations, get let go without much warning. It creates a lot of uncertainty for the staff.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about company direction and provide clearer communication regarding role changes and potential layoffs. It would really help morale and job satisfaction for employees in logistics tech.

Culture's okay, but leadership needs to step up.
Pros: My direct team is awesome; we really support each other, which helps in our hybrid setup. We build interesting fleet management solutions, and the work itself is often engaging. There's a decent attempt at company events to keep morale up.
Cons: It's tough to get clear direction from management, which makes it hard to see where I'm going as a Software Engineer. Sometimes it feels like a mid-sized company with a small company's communication problems. Career growth opportunities feel pretty limited here.
Advice to Management: Focus on transparent communication from the top down. Create clearer career development plans, especially for technical roles in the telematics industry. Employees want to know their future here.
