Pros: I liked working with my immediate team. Some senior managers provide solid feedback, which is super helpful for my tasks as a Digital Marketing Specialist. It helps improve our campaign results.
Cons: The leadership team often seemed disconnected from the daily grind for people in the Jakarta office. Strategic changes came out of nowhere sometimes. It made planning and executing digital campaigns pretty tough, and you felt like you were always adapting on the fly.
Advice to Management: Try to be more consistent with strategies and communicate changes sooner. Get more feedback from people on the ground, it makes a huge difference for morale and execution.
