Logistics Coordinator

Career growth is okay, but you need to push it
Pros: They do offer some internal training courses if you ask for them. My manager was supportive of me learning new skills in the freight forwarding space. It's good for building a solid foundation as a remote worker.
Cons: Formal career progression isn't clearly defined for operations roles. There isn't much of a budget for external certifications or conferences, which can slow down career growth. You really have to advocate for yourself to move up.
Advice to Management: Create clearer development paths for employees, especially in core operations. Allocate a small budget for external training or industry events to boost morale and skills.

Leadership is okay, but could be clearer
Pros: Some managers are genuinely good at what they do. They'll actually help if you're stuck as a Logistics Coordinator. It's nice to have that hands-on support for our supply chain operations.
Cons: The leadership team's direction can feel pretty scattered. One week we're doing one thing, the next it's different. Communication about big company moves isn't great, especially for hybrid work folks.
Advice to Management: Try to establish a clearer, consistent vision for the company. Better communicate big changes to the team, especially across different work arrangements. This would really help with employee morale and understanding the direction of interportgroup in freight forwarding.
