Pros: I really liked being able to set my own schedule for client consultations. As a Financial Services Professional, the hybrid work model was a big plus for managing my life outside work. It helps with personal appointments.
Cons: While there's flexibility, there's still a push for in-office presence at the Dallas-Fort Worth office, even for some tasks that could easily be remote. It wasn't always as fully remote as I hoped for non-client days.
Advice to Management: Be clearer about what 'hybrid' truly means for agents. Let us utilize true remote options for administrative tasks without pressure to be in the office if we don't have client meetings.
