Pros: Some of the back-office teams in the Jakarta office get okay hybrid options. For a big telecommunications player, it's pretty standard, not much worse than competitors.
Cons: As a Network Engineer, I've found work flexibility pretty limited. Most of our operational roles are strictly onsite. Don't expect much WFH in this ISP environment.
Advice to Management: Trust your employees more and try to offer genuine hybrid models for more roles. It would really help with morale and attracting talent.
