Pros: Elitery offers some decent WFH options, especially for project-based roles like a Cloud Solutions Architect. It's nice to have the flexibility for personal appointments. The hybrid work model helps avoid the daily Jakarta traffic gridlock a few days a week.
Cons: It's not truly remote though; you still have to be in the Jakarta office most days. Flexibility really depends on your direct manager, so it's not consistent across all teams. For an IT services company, I thought there'd be more robust remote policies.
Advice to Management: Standardize remote work policies more, don't leave it all to individual managers. Invest in better tools for distributed teams to support true flexibility.
