Pros: I really liked my team; everyone generally gets along. There's a pretty supportive vibe for new hires in the retail industry, which makes working onsite much better.
Cons: The management style could definitely use some work. There's often a lack of clear communication about sales goals for footwear sales, and it feels a bit like micromanagement sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to trust your onsite teams more. Improve communication regarding expectations, especially for footwear sales targets, instead of constantly checking in.
