review and is evolving.
Pros: The best part is definitely the team. Everyone in supply chain management is super supportive, always ready to help out. We have regular team lunches, which is a nice touch in the Jakarta office.
Cons: It's tough to get new initiatives off the ground here. There's a resistance to change, which can be frustrating for export operations improvements. Sometimes it feels like there's a "that's how we've always done it" vibe from upper management.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas and feedback from employees, especially for those in Logistics Coordinator roles. Encouraging innovation, even small changes, could really boost morale and efficiency.
