Pros: Some senior managers in the Jakarta office really know their stuff. They're pretty hands-on for big infrastructure projects, which helps new Project Engineers learn. There's a good vibe with immediate team leads.
Cons: Upper leadership feels a bit disconnected from daily operations. Decisions sometimes come down without much explanation, which is tough for project planning. Wish they'd communicate changes more clearly to us, especially for field engineers.
Advice to Management: Focus on transparent communication from top management. Make sure all project updates and company changes are clearly disseminated. Connect more with the teams on the ground, especially those working on complex infrastructure projects.
