Pros: The team is great, honestly. Everyone's really collaborative, especially on our client projects. Pay for an IT Consultant is pretty solid, and the benefits package is decent. The company offers pretty good remote work flexibility if your direct manager is okay with it.
Cons: Upper management and senior leadership can be really out of touch. Decisions often feel rushed without proper input from the technical consulting teams. There's not much transparency, and it's tough to get clear direction on long-term strategy. This makes navigating complex projects harder than it needs to be.
Advice to Management: Listen to your project leads and IT consultants more. Improve communication from the top down and be more transparent about company direction. Empower mid-level managers.
