Pros: The company culture here is pretty solid. Everyone's really collaborative, especially as a Software Engineer in the Jakarta office. We often help each other out, which makes tackling complex digital banking projects a lot easier.
Cons: Sometimes the pace is just too much. It's tough to maintain work-life balance with the constant pressure and tight deadlines. There's a lot of overtime expected, even with the hybrid model, which can be draining.
Advice to Management: Try to ease up on the deadlines and promote a healthier work-life balance. It would really help with employee retention and prevent burnout for engineering roles.

Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model; it's nice to not be fully chained to the office, which is a common expectation in the digital services industry. Being able to work remote a few days a week really helps manage personal commitments, which is a big plus for a Software Engineer.
Cons: The actual flexibility can vary a lot by team, which is frustrating. Sometimes the 'hybrid' feels more like 'mostly onsite' without clear communication. True full-time WFH isn't really an option, even for senior technical roles, which feels a bit outdated for a tech company.
Advice to Management: Standardize the work flexibility policy across all departments and teams, especially for technical roles. Clearer guidelines on hybrid vs. remote options would reduce a lot of ambiguity and improve employee satisfaction. Trust your employees more with true WFH options where possible.

Pros: As a Software Engineer, I learned a lot about cloud infrastructure and digital banking. The team in the Jakarta office is really smart, and you get to work on some cool fintech projects. It's a growing company, so there's potential if you stick it out.
Cons: Job security feels a bit up and down here, especially with project changes. There's not always a clear path for tech roles if a project gets cut or restructured. We saw some unexpected layoffs, which made things feel unstable for a while.
Advice to Management: Provide more transparency around long-term project planning and career paths for tech roles to improve job security perception.
