Product Manager

Career growth is slow, but team is good.
Pros: The team here is really supportive. I learned a lot from my immediate colleagues, especially within the e-commerce operations. The work culture in the Singapore office is pretty chill most days.
Cons: Career growth for Product Manager roles felt super slow. There's not much room to move up quickly in this startup environment. I couldn't see a clear path for skill development or promotions.
Advice to Management: Management needs to really look at career pathing. Create clearer promotion criteria, especially for mid-level roles. Invest more in employee development and training programs if you want people to stay.
