Decent Place, but WFH is Tricky
Pros: The team is pretty supportive, which helps when deadlines hit. You get to work on some cool projects in the automotive and property development sectors. The onsite work environment is decent, and the office location is convenient in Jakarta.
Cons: Work-life balance as a Marketing Specialist can be tough, especially with tight deadlines. There's not much remote work or WFH flexibility here. Management expects you in the office five days a week.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid options, especially for roles like Marketing Specialist. Better work flexibility would really boost morale and might even help retain talent in the Jakarta office.

Work-Life Can Be Hard, Decent Stability
Pros: I've been here a few years and the job security is pretty solid. The benefits package is actually quite good, especially the healthcare coverage they offer. You definitely learn a lot about working in a big diversified conglomerate.
Cons: Work-life balance as an Operations Coordinator is a real struggle though. I often work long hours, and there's definitely weekend work during busy periods, especially in the Jakarta office. It's hard to find time for personal stuff.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look at staffing levels and workload distribution. We need more support to avoid burnout for operations roles, especially to improve work-life balance.

Traditional culture, lacks fresh ideas
Pros: The corporate culture at Thamrin Group is very stable. As a Marketing Executive, I appreciate the clear structure in the Jakarta office. It's a reliable place to work.
Cons: But it's quite hierarchical; new ideas aren't always welcomed. Communication feels one-way too often. It can be hard to innovate or make big changes.
Advice to Management: Try to open up more lines of communication. Encourage new ideas from all levels, not just senior management. It would boost engagement.
