Decent Flexibility for Physio Professionals Here
Pros: As a Senior Physical Therapist, I really appreciated the flexible scheduling options. It's usually easy to adjust my patient caseload if something comes up, which is great for work-life balance. They're generally understanding about personal appointments, even for those working onsite in the Zurich clinic.
Cons: While treatment schedules are flexible, it sometimes means longer days to fit everything in. There aren't really any hybrid options, so you're always working directly with patients. It would be good if there were more defined WFH policies for administrative tasks.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing specific policies for administrative WFH days to support clinical staff. Also, look into structuring workloads better to prevent overly long days even with flexible scheduling.

Solid job security for PT staff
Pros: As a Physical Therapist, I've found patient volume at this mid-sized clinic pretty consistent. The physical therapy field generally has steady demand, so there's often work. We don't see big layoffs too often here.
Cons: Sometimes patient referrals can dip, which can make things feel a bit less secure for full-time hours. If the clinic isn't super busy, your schedule might get lighter for a bit.
Advice to Management: Try to create more stable working hours for all clinical staff, even when patient volumes fluctuate. Maybe explore other projects during slower times to keep everyone busy and secure.
