Work-Life Balance is Okay for Production Roles
Pros: The company generally has a standard 5-day workweek for many roles, which is decent. Overtime is paid out, which helps with the long hours. It's solid experience in the rubber manufacturing industry.
Cons: As a Production Engineer, hours can get pretty long, especially during busy production runs. Unexpected weekend shifts pop up, making personal planning tough. The onsite work model limits personal flexibility quite a bit.
Advice to Management: Management should look into better shift scheduling and demand forecasting. This would help reduce the sudden need for overtime and weekend work, especially for production teams.

Okay culture, but some areas need a refresh
Pros: Teams generally get along well. There's a decent sense of camaraderie among colleagues, especially within our shifts. People are often willing to help out if you're stuck, which is good for new hires. As a Production Engineer, I felt supported by my immediate peers.
Cons: The overall company culture can feel a bit rigid. New ideas don't always get much traction from upper management. Sometimes, the communication isn't great, especially between different departments in the Jakarta plant. It can lead to unnecessary delays and confusion for onsite work.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more open communication channels. Listen to employee feedback, especially for those working onsite in the production areas. It could really boost morale and innovation.

Good Place to Start, Tough to Grow
Pros: You get solid experience, especially as a new Production Engineer in tire manufacturing. It's a stable corporate environment. The Jakarta office has decent facilities for daily work.
Cons: Career growth is pretty slow here, honestly. It's hard to move up the ladder even after years. There aren't many development opportunities for mid-level roles in the rubber industry.
Advice to Management: Create clearer pathways for career advancement for engineers. Invest more in training programs for all levels. This would really help retain talent.
