As a Curriculum Developer, my day-to-day was usually predictable. The Jakarta office sometimes offered a decent hybrid work setup, which helped with my commute. It's a pretty stable corporate environment overall.
Project deadlines for new professional development in the insurance industry often meant long hours. It wasn't always a 40-hour week, especially when pushing out new courses. Work-life balance could really swing depending on the current workload.
Try to better manage project timelines to avoid constant crunch periods, especially for curriculum development teams. More consistent hybrid options would definitely be a plus for all employees.
