Pros: The team here is super friendly and supportive. As a Barista, you feel like part of a close-knit crew, which is great for onsite work in the restaurant industry. You learn a lot quickly, especially about customer service and preparing popular menu items in the Jakarta market.
Cons: It can get really intense, especially during peak hours. The work-life balance for many in front-of-house roles isn't always ideal due to long shift schedules. Sometimes communication from management about new procedures or schedule changes isn't the clearest.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication regarding shifts and potential career paths for restaurant staff. Acknowledging the hard work during busy periods would also go a long way.

Pros: The team spirit among the staff is genuinely strong. It helps on those really tough days, knowing you've got support. For a role as a Restaurant Manager, getting to interact with customers daily is pretty rewarding.
Cons: Expect to work long shifts, often 10-12 hours, especially during peak season or weekends. There's almost no work flexibility or remote options since it's an onsite hospitality sector role. It's hard to make plans outside of work.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing better shift rotation to prevent burnout for managers. Even a small increase in staffing could really help ease the load and improve work-life balance for those in key roles.
