Pros: For a tech startup, the remote work flexibility is pretty solid. I can usually get my tasks done in a standard 40-hour week, which is a big plus as a Software Engineer working remote from California. There aren't many forced late nights or weekend asks.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines get really tight, and it's tough to avoid feeling the pressure. There's not a lot of buffer for personal appointments during core hours, even with the flexibility. It sometimes feels like the company culture expects you to be 'always on' even if you're not explicitly asked.
