Cons: Job security here is definitely a concern. As an HR tech startup, there's always a feeling of uncertainty, especially with recent market shifts. You hear a lot of whispers about possible layoffs and restructuring, which isn't great for peace of mind.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about the company's long-term vision and financial health. It would really help calm nerves about job security.
