Pros: Some of the direct managers are genuinely good people and really support their teams, especially for us Network Engineer roles. I also appreciated the hybrid model which offered some decent work flexibility when needed.
Cons: Upper leadership, though, feels totally out of touch with what's happening day-to-day in the telecom industry. Decisions are slow, and it's tough to get clear direction. You often feel like they don't understand the challenges of maintaining complex network infrastructure.
Advice to Management: Seriously, upper management needs to listen more to the people on the ground. Empower those team leads and simplify the decision-making process. Better visibility into project goals from the top down would help everyone.
