Pros: They do offer hybrid work which is a big plus for dealing with Jakarta traffic. As a Junior Business Analyst, I could work remotely two days a week. That's pretty solid for the digital insurance industry.
Cons: Sometimes the remote days felt less connected due to communication lags. And honestly, for some project deadlines, 'flexible' just meant working late from home. It's not true work-life balance always.
Advice to Management: Improve remote tools and ensure project loads don't negate the benefits of hybrid work. Better define expectations for remote collaboration.
