Leadership is good, but needs more focus

Pros: You get to work on diverse projects as a Business Analyst, which is great for experience. The team spirit in the Kuala Lumpur office is solid, and colleagues are always ready to help. Pay is decent for the industry.
Cons: Senior leadership can be a bit out of touch with ground-level project challenges. It's hard to get quick decisions, and sometimes communication feels inconsistent. There's a push for results, but not always clear guidance on how to get there.

Pros: The medical benefits are decent, and they offer enough annual leave. For a Data Entry Clerk, the entry-level salary in the Kuala Lumpur office is just about okay to start.
Cons: Don't expect big jumps in pay, especially for these back-office support roles. Bonuses aren't guaranteed and usually pretty small. It's tough to get a significant salary increment here.
