Pros: You learn a lot about electronics distribution and different semiconductor products, which is good for your resume. The San Jose office team is pretty collaborative, especially among the sales reps. You definitely build a strong network with vendors and customers.
Cons: Career growth for Inside Sales Representative roles is really limited here. It's hard to get promoted or even find new challenges; you mostly just do the same thing. The compensation isn't great, and there aren't clear paths to advancement.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression paths for employees, especially for junior sales roles. Invest in professional development and mentorship programs to help people advance beyond their initial positions.

Pros: The best part is definitely the sales team; everyone helps each other out. We handle a lot of different electronic components, which is good for learning. Pay for sales roles is pretty decent if you hit your targets.
Cons: Leadership can be a real struggle in the Dallas, TX office. Decisions often feel top-down and don't always make sense for us on the ground. There's not enough clear direction from upper management on long-term strategy.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the sales reps and frontline employees. Give clearer strategic guidance instead of just reactive demands. Invest in better leadership training for middle management too.

Pros: It's a really solid place if you like onsite work. You get decent benefits for a big corporate company, and job security in the electronics distribution industry is pretty good here. My team in the Montreal office was fine, too.
Cons: Work flexibility is a major issue, especially for Sales Coordinator roles. There's not much room for hybrid or remote options; you're expected to be in the office 5 days a week. It can be tough to manage personal appointments around the strict 9-5 schedule.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid work options, especially for roles that don't absolutely require 100% onsite presence. It would really help with employee morale and work-life balance.
