Career growth is a bit slow here
Pros: The remote work setup is solid, offering good work-life balance. For a Software Engineer, the day-to-day tasks are pretty standard, not too stressful. There's decent job security in the telecom industry.
Cons: Want career growth? You won't find much here, especially for roles in BSS/OSS solutions. Opportunities to learn new tech or move up are rare. It's a pretty corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development and create clearer paths for career advancement, especially for engineering roles. Encourage learning new technologies beyond legacy BSS/OSS systems.
