Okay place, but career growth is slow here
Pros: The team is great, very collaborative. You learn a lot about various customer environments, which is good for any software professional in consulting. Working remote offers solid flexibility.
Cons: Career advancement for Technical Consultant roles is pretty slow. There aren't many clear promotion paths, even with good performance reviews. I felt a bit pigeonholed in my workflow automation expertise.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing clearer career progression frameworks for individual contributors. It would help retain talent in key technical roles.

Career growth isn't always clear for Product Managers
Pros: The remote work flexibility is great; I could easily work from Seattle. You get to work on some decent process automation software. My team collaboration was solid, which I liked.
Cons: Career growth for a Product Manager here feels pretty stagnant. There just aren't many clear advancement paths, even for technical roles. Promotions often seemed more about tenure than actual performance in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer, more transparent career paths for individual contributors, especially in product and technical roles. Make sure promotions are based on merit and performance, not just time spent here. Invest in employee development.
