Also, the internal approval processes can feel a bit slow when trying to make quick decisions, which occasionally impacts our operational agility as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

Advice to Management: Really re-evaluate the hybrid policy for the Jakarta office. Give employees more autonomy over their WFH days and consider if 3-4 days onsite is truly necessary for all non-operational roles in the agri-food industry. True work-life balance comes with real flexibility.
