Culture is okay, pretty demanding here
Pros: The team's generally supportive, especially for new recruitment consultants. There's good camaraderie during busy periods. You get decent exposure to different industry sectors pretty quickly, which is a big plus for career growth.
Cons: The company culture can feel very target-driven, which adds a lot of pressure. It's not always a true hybrid model, you're expected in the office most days. Work-life balance for client relations roles isn't always great, especially towards month-end.
Advice to Management: Try to ease up on the constant target pressure and offer more genuine work flexibility, not just in name. It'd help with employee retention.

Decent for starting out in recruitment
Pros: You get good exposure to the staffing industry right away. As a junior Recruitment Consultant, I learned a lot about client management. There's potential for growth if you consistently hit your targets.
Cons: Career growth felt pretty stagnant after my first year. It's hard to move up unless a senior leaves the New York office. The pathways aren't always clear for internal promotion, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Create clearer paths for internal career progression. Don't make people wait for someone to leave to get a promotion. Invest more in skill development for existing employees.
