Hybrid Model is Okay for Engineering Roles
Pros: The hybrid model works well for us Software Engineers. You're usually in the Jakarta office 2-3 days a week. It's solid work flexibility for the e-commerce solutions industry.
Cons: Not everyone gets the same deal though. Some teams have more onsite days than others. It's tough if you're looking for full remote work long-term.
Advice to Management: Work on making the hybrid and remote policies more consistent. Some teams feel left out regarding work flexibility.

Leadership Could Be Stronger at SIRCLO
Pros: I've learned a ton about the Indonesian e-commerce industry and digital solutions here. My immediate team was great, and the hybrid work model allowed for good flexibility.
Cons: Senior leadership sometimes feels out of touch with ground-level operations. Communication isn't always smooth, which makes it tough to see the bigger picture strategy. This really impacts morale for employees in digital marketing roles.
Advice to Management: Work on unifying the leadership team's vision. Clearer communication on company goals would help everyone, especially for us working on various digital campaigns.

Decent place for e-commerce, but pay could improve
Pros: The benefits package is pretty standard, you get health insurance and some allowances. As an Account Executive, I found the sales commission structure to be clear, which is good. There's a decent team vibe in the Jakarta office.
Cons: The base salary for my role felt a bit low, especially compared to the workload in this growing e-commerce solutions space. Don't expect huge bonuses. Raises aren't very frequent, and they're usually small. For a tech startup, the pay isn't super competitive.
Advice to Management: Review the salary bands for all roles, especially for experienced talent. More frequent and substantial pay raises would really help with retention in this competitive digital retail market.
