Decent for Compliance Analyst, Culture Shift is Real
Pros: The people are genuinely smart and supportive, especially within my team. I learned a ton about RegTech and financial crime investigations as a Compliance Analyst. The remote setup from the NYC area was a huge plus for my work-life balance.
Cons: The senior leadership changes have made the company culture feel less cohesive. There's less transparency now, and it sometimes feels like a completely different company. Some days it's hard to feel truly connected.
Advice to Management: Try to rebuild some of the original company spirit. More transparent communication from the top would really help people feel more invested again.
