Leadership is Okay, But Could Be Stronger
I've been a Junior Software Engineer at CODE.ID in Jakarta for a bit now. It's a growing tech startup. The overall experience is fine, but the leadership side is where things get a bit tricky.
As a Junior Software Engineer, you get hands-on experience quickly. There's good mentorship from senior folks in this Jakarta tech startup. Plus, they offer decent hybrid work options.
Leadership often changes direction without much warning, which can be frustrating. Communication from the top isn't always clear, impacting project timelines. It feels like there's not always a solid long-term vision.
Try to be more consistent with project roadmaps and transparent in decision-making. Clearer communication from top leadership would really help the engineering teams.
