Pros: For many, especially in non-client facing engineering roles, you can often keep a pretty decent 40-hour week. The hybrid work model in the Austin, TX office helps a lot with personal appointments and avoiding daily commutes.
Cons: Some project deadlines get crazy, making work-life balance tough for those teams. You might find yourself working extra hours for product launches. There isn't a lot of consistent work flexibility when things get intense.
Advice to Management: Management should work harder to standardize reasonable workloads across all departments. Don't let some teams burn out while others coast.
