Stable Pharma Role with Good Learning in Jakarta

Pros: Great for stability in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Quality Control Analyst, I've had solid job security which is a huge plus. Lots of learning opportunities, especially if you're keen on understanding production processes and regulatory standards. Colleagues are generally supportive. Benefits are decent, and it's a very structured environment which some people really thrive in.
Cons: Career growth can feel a bit slow sometimes; promotions don't happen super fast. Also, approval processes for new initiatives or changes can be bureaucratic and lengthy.
Advice to Management: Management could look into streamlining some of the internal approval processes to improve efficiency. More clear pathways for career development would also be beneficial for employee retention. Show more
