Pros: It's a pretty stable multinational corporate, especially in the HVAC and home appliance industry. The product range is good, which helps as a Sales Executive. There's also a decent team spirit among colleagues, which makes the day-to-day more bearable.
Cons: The company culture can be really tough. It's super hierarchical, and getting decisions made often takes forever. Communication from upper management, especially for us in the Jakarta office, isn't always clear, which makes goal setting hard for sales teams.
Advice to Management: Management should really focus on improving internal communication and empowering local teams. It'd help a lot if they listened more to feedback from frontline staff, especially for sales and marketing professionals.
