I've had many chances to pick up new skills and work on interesting projects, helping my career development in the IT sector. It feels like a secure place to work, which is important. The company culture is pretty decent, and there's a good effort to maintain work-life balance, even with remote work.
Cons: Sometimes the promotion process feels a bit slow, and it's not always clear how to advance quickly through the ranks. There are occasional periods where project deadlines can make things a bit hectic, which can impact work-life balance for a short time. Improving internal communication about career paths could definitely help.
