Pros: It's a pretty collaborative vibe, especially for us as Software Engineers. You get to work on interesting e-commerce platform challenges daily. Plus, the remote work flexibility is really solid for balancing things out.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit disorganized, especially with WFH. There's often high pressure to deliver digital commerce solutions quickly, which can lead to longer hours. It's tough to get clear direction from some leadership sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to provide clearer roadmaps and manage project scopes better to help avoid burnout for your engineering teams. More consistent communication from leadership would also really help us remote employees.

Pros: Some senior leaders really know their stuff, especially in the e-commerce platform space. They're good at setting a vision for engineering roles. The São Paulo office has a decent vibe.
Cons: Sometimes decisions feel really top-down, with not much input from the team. It's tough to get clear direction consistently from middle management. Communication could be way better.
Advice to Management: Work on consistent messaging and empower mid-level managers more. Get more feedback from the teams before making big strategic shifts.
