Great Place for Growth and Teamwork
Pros: As a Project Coordinator, I appreciate the really supportive team and collaborative company culture. My colleagues are always ready to help, fostering great learning opportunities and professional development. It feels like a stable place to work, and I enjoy contributing to diverse projects. Management generally values open communication.
Cons: Sometimes the approval processes can be a bit slow, which occasionally delays project timelines. Also, while there are growth opportunities, the path to promotion could be clearer.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining approval workflows and clearly outlining career progression paths for employees.

Flexible WFH for Tech Roles, Mostly
Pros: They do offer decent remote work options if your manager is cool with it. For us Software Engineer roles, it's pretty common to be on a hybrid model, coming in maybe 2-3 days a week to the San Francisco office.
Cons: Some teams demand full onsite even if your job doesn't really need it. There's no consistent company-wide policy, which makes it tough for work-life balance if you're stuck with a strict manager.
Advice to Management: Standardize the remote work policy across all teams. It's not fair that some departments get full flexibility and others are stuck with rigid onsite requirements, especially for technical roles in the current job market.

Good initial tech experience, slow growth
Pros: You get to learn a lot of new tech here, especially as a Junior Software Engineer. The hybrid work model is pretty flexible. It's good for gaining initial experience in a real product setting.
Cons: Career growth felt really slow after my first year. There aren't many clear promotion paths for software development roles. It's tough to move up unless someone senior leaves.
Advice to Management: Create clearer growth paths for engineers, especially for those beyond junior roles. Invest in internal training programs for career development to retain talent.
