Fast-paced HR tech startup, needs more structure
Pros: I joined as a Junior HR Specialist, and it's been a ride. You learn a ton fast here. The team is young and super supportive, especially with the remote setup from Jakarta.
Cons: Culture can feel a bit chaotic sometimes, like typical for an HR tech startup. Decisions change quickly. It's hard to get a real handle on long-term goals.
Advice to Management: Focus on clear communication and consistent long-term strategy. It'd help a lot with employee morale and understanding the bigger picture for our staffing platform.

Leadership is Decent, Still Growing
Pros: The founders are pretty visible, which is nice for a growing tech company in Jakarta. They communicate the overall vision for blue-collar recruitment, and it's clear they're passionate about the industry. For sales roles, there's often good energy from the top.
Cons: Sometimes leadership can be inconsistent with their decisions, which makes planning tough for an Account Executive. I've also seen a bit of micromanagement in certain departments. It'd be great to have more streamlined processes and trust in teams.
Advice to Management: Try to ensure more consistent decision-making across all levels. Trust your middle managers more and avoid micromanaging, especially as the company scales within the HR tech market. Clearer guidance for Account Executives would also be a big help.
