Pros: As a Software Engineer, I've really appreciated the stable work environment and the competitive pay and benefits offered in this IT company. The team is supportive, and there are good opportunities for learning and skill development.

Pros: The hybrid model is decent. You get a few days WFH which helps with the tough Bangalore commute. For most tech roles, that's pretty standard now.
Cons: True flexibility can be tough sometimes. Projects often need you in the Bangalore office more than expected. It's not always easy to adjust your schedule for personal stuff.
Advice to Management: Really look at WFH policy for development roles. More autonomy would definitely help with employee retention.
