Pros: I've enjoyed my time as a Software Engineer at Calix. The hybrid work model is a huge plus for work-life balance, which is important in the broadband technology sector. My team in San Jose is really supportive, and I appreciate the opportunities for learning and career development. It's a stable company with a good culture.
Cons: Sometimes the pace can be really fast, especially around big product launches, which can lead to occasional busy periods. Also, some internal approval processes could be more efficient to speed things up.
