Leadership is a mixed bag, depends on your manager.
Pros: Some team leads really care. They'll actually listen to your feedback, especially for new processes on the booking platform. It's not a bad place to start your career in travel tech if you want to learn the ropes.
Cons: Higher-ups often feel disconnected from daily operations. Decisions sometimes come down without much explanation for customer-facing teams. There's a bit of a 'do as you're told' vibe, which is tough for real career growth.
Advice to Management: Focus on bridging the gap between senior leadership and frontline employees. More transparency and involving teams in decision-making, especially for our core online travel agency product. Invest in leadership training for all managers.
