Remote work culture is okay, some quirks.
Pros: I really liked the genuine flexibility for remote work; it's a huge plus for WFH folks. Everyone I worked with directly as a Customer Support Specialist was super supportive and helpful. There's a decent sense of camaraderie within smaller teams, which is nice.
Cons: Company-wide communication can be a mess sometimes. There's a bit of disconnect between departments, which isn't great for seamless data collection processes. It feels like the larger company culture struggles a bit with being fully remote; team bonding could be better.
Advice to Management: Work on improving cross-departmental communication. More structured virtual team-building events would help bridge the remote gap and strengthen the overall company culture.

Leadership has its moments, some good, some not
Pros: I really liked the remote work flexibility here; it helps with my work-life balance. My direct manager was solid and supportive, which is important as a Software Engineer. Benefits were pretty decent too.
Cons: Leadership above the team level can be inconsistent. We don't always get clear direction from upper management on product strategy, which makes planning tough. It feels like some leaders aren't fully equipped to manage remote teams effectively.
Advice to Management: Invest more in leadership training, especially for those in higher-level roles and managing remote teams. Better communication of long-term vision and company goals would help a lot.
