Decent place for R&D, culture needs work
Pros: I really liked my team here. People are smart and willing to help on scientific instrumentation projects. There's good camaraderie among us on the R&D teams.
Cons: The overall company culture feels a bit old-school. It's tough to get new ideas heard, especially from junior staff. Sometimes there's not much recognition for hard work in the life sciences industry.
Advice to Management: Focus more on employee recognition. Encourage new ideas from all levels. Improve communication between different departments to foster a more inclusive onsite work environment.
