Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Junior Software Engineer. The work flexibility is amazing; I can choose my hybrid schedule which helps a lot with personal commitments. My team is super supportive, always ready to help me learn new technologies and grow my skills in the software development industry. There are great opportunities to work on interesting projects too.
Cons: While the learning is great, I feel the career growth path could be a bit clearer, especially for junior roles in software development. Pros: I really liked the hybrid work option for civil engineers. Being able to work from home a couple of days a week helped a lot with personal appointments and commuting. It felt like management trusted us to get our engineering projects done.
