We are INETEC – a high-tech Croatian company that has been designing and manufacturing robots, instruments, software, controllers and probes for the nuclear, aerospace and medical industries on the global market for 35 years. Our scope of work also includes inspections of vital components of nuclear power plants. Our products and services meet the highest standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC 17025 and other. One of the most exciting projects we are involved in is ITER, an international project dedicated to the development of a thermonuclear reactor, or fusion. We are also proud of our NERO project – an innovative robotic system for neurosurgical procedures.
In addition, we have taken part in numerous international development, research and education projects in cooperation with faculties, the International Atomic Energy Agency, etc.
Since 1991, we have been running the NDE School and Training Center, and in 2020, we founded the INETEC Academy, which we use to conduct professional training sessions for our employees, interns and students. We also support new generations of engineers and experts, and we organize paid summer student internships and award prizes to top students each academic year.

Pros: The folks here are genuinely good people, especially within the R&D and Software Engineer teams. It's a stable environment, and you do feel a sense of camaraderie, which is nice for an onsite role in the Zagreb office.
Cons: However, the company culture can feel a bit stuck in the past. There's not always a clear path for new ideas to bubble up, and leadership communication isn't always the most transparent. Sometimes it feels like an older, corporate engineering firm.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more bottom-up feedback and empower teams to innovate more. Modernize some of the operational approaches to better suit the competitive engineering landscape.
